Mark Hanson is a team leader and programme developer with a contagious passion for youth empowerment. His qualities of foresight and persistence enable him to align programmes with organizational goals, and build momentum for long-term success. With a decade of experience in South Asia, his expertise lies in human development and innovative tools to improve livelihood. His current work includes social character skills’ development for elementary-aged children in India, and a US-based social focused therapeutic camp for children who struggle with maladaptive behaviour.
John DSouza
Co-founder
John is a speaker, trainer and service designer. He has worked as an HR consultant creating well-being services and employee engagement programs for corporates; including conducting workshops and designing team-building and off-site experiences. His interests lie in entrepreneurship and helping small enterprises succeed in a competitive business environment.
Rennison Lalgee
Educational Systems Advisor
Rennison Lalgee is a Sociologist who received his Ph. D. at the University of Texas at Austin. He has taught in Higher Education for over 15 years and has experience in administration. He has research experience in Education and Public Health measures in Texas, USA, however his primary focus has been India. Areas of study include Gandhian economic thought, economic development and the impact of globalization on culture.
Carina Hanson
HR Performance Consultant
Carina brings over 20 years of HR experience, including roles in leadership & organizational development, training and life coaching. With her current position within the HR department at Austin City, Texas, Carina brings expertise to our employability skills courses and job placement programs. In addition, she has experience working closely with senior executives and department leaders to identify workplace performance needs and solutions. During her career, she has collaborated with individuals from over 20 countries and held assignments in multiple countries.
Emma-Sue Prince
Content Development & Course Design
Emma Sue Prince is a qualified teacher and management development trainer, author and business consultant. Her expertise lies in soft skills, trainer training, materials design, qualification development and management development. She provides employability, soft skills and education consultancy in emerging economies all over the world and is currently working on large-scale projects in India, Malaysia, Tanzania and in Bangladesh in partnership with the Department of International Development and the British Council.
